Our core business is the manufacture and installation of Coolwraps - our brand of removable high temperature thermal safety insulation blankets and wraps for exhaust systems. We work with you hand-in-glove from inception to completion to provide a tailor-made solution to help you meet all of your obligations and objectives.


Firstly, give us a call or send us an email describing your problem and equipment. Provide as much information as possible, as well as any information about the equipment which is causing problems (make, model number, serial number etc). As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words - so a few photos of the equipment can go a very long way to helping us provide the best solution possible.


Then, we'll need measurements of the offending equipment. Depending on availability of access we can either send out a team member to take measurements in the field, otherwise we can provide ultra-simple measurement guides that your staff can complete and return to us.

Design & Manufacture

Once armed with this information our expert team will custom design and manufacture a solution to suit your requirements. At the end of this stage our plans will be archived along with all the information provided so they can be easily retrieved in future should more product be required.

Delivery & Fitting

If we've got ready access to your site we are more than happy to fit in the field, usually for no extra charge. As many of our clients work in some of the most remote regions of the world, we understand the importance of strict product delivery standards. We will generally deliver FIS to the Greater Adelaide Metro area, or we will happily use whichever courier or freight carrier you wish. All parts come fully identified, complete with all fastenings and fitting instructions. If you've got part numbers or barcodes you'd like to appear on the packaging we can happily oblige.
